Use DIMUL in Grok, ChatGPT and Claude
Ask your assistant to propose work on your DIMUL computer, then review progress and results. You need an admitted DIMUL account, a configured computer and access to custom connectors in your assistant. Availability depends on your assistant plan and workspace policy.
Custom connector access is limited. Grok Bot has been used with DIMUL; acceptance of its expanded tool catalog is still pending. Claude and ChatGPT directory submissions are blocked until parity gates close. DIMUL is not currently listed or endorsed by these providers.
Connect in two steps
Add DIMUL in your assistant
Use the custom remote MCP connector option and paste this URL:
https://dimul-relay.obscyra.app/mcp- Grok Bot: open Connect apps and add a custom connector.
- ChatGPT: use the custom MCP connection / developer mode available to your workspace. A directory listing is not required for testing.
- Claude: open Customize → Connectors and add a custom connector.
Labels and availability can vary. If the option is missing, check your assistant’s plan and administrator settings.
Sign in, review access and try a read
Sign in to DIMUL on the authorization page and allow only the access you intend to share. Then ask: “List my DIMUL computers and their status.” Start with a read before proposing a task.
Try these requests
- “List my DIMUL computers and available models.”
- “Propose a task to write a short project summary. Wait for my approval.”
- “Show the status and result of my DIMUL task.”
You control access and actions
Task scopes expose this connection’s tasks. Separate cloud access can expose your account’s cloud workspace, files, Git changes, logs and tasks created on web or iPhone. Read the consent screen before allowing it.
Mutations need approval. Use an in-chat confirmation when supported or the authenticated DIMUL review page. Trust approvals from this assistant is optional: it relies on the assistant reporting your confirmation, rather than independent proof of human consent. Commit, push and pull request creation require separate decisions. Cancellation cannot undo completed actions.
Disconnect or troubleshoot
Open DIMUL Cloud → Assistant connections to review tasks, turn off assistant approval trust or revoke a connection. Removing a connector in the assistant alone is not a substitute for revoking its DIMUL access.
If tools are missing, refresh the assistant’s catalog. Expanded cloud access requires fresh OAuth consent; reconnect only after reviewing the new scopes. If your account is not admitted, request access through support. Quota errors require waiting for quota availability; retry only after checking task status to avoid duplicates. Credentials belong in authenticated DIMUL setup, never in assistant chat.
Cloud capabilities are limited: one bounded repository checkout; no general branch switching or merging, parallel execution, arbitrary secret setup or media generation through this connector. Ask for cloud capabilities before starting unsupported work.
