Acceptance
By accessing dimul.obscyra.app or using DIMUL (working name), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or application. You must have the legal capacity and any permission required to enter these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it.
About DIMUL and availability
DIMUL is a local agent application developed by Obscyra Technologies L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It connects to models and tools you choose and can prepare results or carry out actions within the permissions you grant. A companion can connect to a running computer.
Features and downloads vary by build, device, operating system, region and connected service. Experimental account features, account-protected downloads and remote push are not yet generally available. Features may change, be delayed or be removed. We do not guarantee that every planned feature will be released or that local or remote tasks will run when your computer or required service is unavailable.
Licence to use and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms and any separate licence supplied with a release, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use a lawfully obtained copy of DIMUL for your own personal or internal business purposes. This is permission to use the application, not a transfer of ownership or a right to sublicense it.
DIMUL's original software, website, product design and related materials are owned by Obscyra Technologies L.L.C-FZ or its licensors. DIMUL remains a working name; these Terms do not claim a registered trademark. Third-party components retain their own licences and notices, which govern your rights in those components.
Except as expressly permitted by us, an applicable third-party licence or applicable law, you may not copy the software beyond copies needed for permitted installation and backup, redistribute, resell, sublicense or make it available to others, remove ownership notices, circumvent access controls, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights to interoperability, study, repair or other activities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
You retain your rights in your own files, prompts and other materials. These Terms do not transfer them to us. Rights in model-generated outputs depend on applicable law and the relevant provider's terms; we do not guarantee ownership, exclusivity or freedom from third-party rights in an output.
Acceptable use
- Use DIMUL in compliance with applicable law and the rules of connected services and platforms.
- Do not use it to harm, threaten, harass, defraud or exploit others, or to distribute malware, spam or unlawful content.
- Do not disrupt or abuse the website, relay or account services, bypass quotas or authorisation, or access another person's devices, accounts or information without permission.
- Provide only materials and credentials you are entitled to use. Respect copyright, confidentiality, privacy and other people's rights, including rights relating to images and voices.
Your devices, accounts and agent actions
You are responsible for keeping your devices, credentials, download links and backups secure and for controlling who can use a paired device or account. Signing in does not itself approve a new device or give it access to a project. Tell us promptly if you believe a company service is being abused or your account access has been compromised.
You choose the task, model, materials, tools and permissions. Review proposed actions and results before relying on them, publishing them or accepting changes into a project. An approval can be a specific confirmation or a permission you deliberately grant in advance, including a category of automatic actions or a scheduled task. You are responsible for actions performed within that approval and for their effects on your files, accounts and third parties, subject to responsibilities that applicable law places on us.
Broad access settings can allow an executor to use files and network access with your operating system privileges. Isolated project copies and approval controls reduce certain risks but do not guarantee that every action is reversible or harmless. Stop does not undo actions already completed. File recovery is limited to the snapshots and recovery operations actually supported. Keep independent backups of important work.
Model outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. A model's statement that work succeeded is not proof of the tool result. Verify consequential outputs and actual changes. DIMUL does not replace professional judgement or promise a particular outcome.
Third-party providers and subscriptions
Models, media services, official Claude Code and Codex clients, mail, MCP, browser destinations and other integrations are provided under their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for obtaining valid access, paying their applicable charges and respecting their usage limits. A Claude or ChatGPT subscription does not imply unlimited API or media access, and DIMUL sign-in does not replace a separate provider login.
Costs and availability can change. Displayed usage or generation estimates may differ from a provider's final charge. A cancelled request or failed local download may still incur a charge for work already accepted by a provider. We do not guarantee the availability, compatibility, conduct or outputs of third-party services. These Terms set no DIMUL price or subscription plan; any separate purchase terms will be presented with the relevant offer. Signing out of or deleting DIMUL does not cancel third-party subscriptions or delete provider-held data.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, provider requests, relay metadata, sign-in, notifications, downloads and deletion. Do not send information to a connected service unless you are authorised to do so and accept its handling of that information.
Service availability and no warranties
DIMUL and the website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete security, compatibility with every device or provider, preservation of every file, or that generated content is correct or fit for your purpose. To that extent, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Any mandatory rights and warranties under applicable law remain in force.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Obscyra Technologies L.L.C-FZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the application, website or related services, including resulting loss of profits, business opportunities or data. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using DIMUL at any time. We may suspend or end access to company-operated account, relay, download or other services for a material breach of these Terms, abuse, security risks, legal or platform obligations, or if a service is discontinued. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to address a breach. Urgent security or legal action may require immediate suspension.
If your licence ends because of a material breach, stop using DIMUL and remove the licensed software copies, subject to rights required by law. Termination does not transfer your files to us or erase them remotely. Export or back up work you need. Provisions concerning intellectual property, accrued payment obligations, warranty limitations, liability and disputes continue to apply where relevant after termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as DIMUL develops or legal requirements change. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date and provide notice of material changes where required by law. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the affected application or service; changes do not remove rights already required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in Dubai. Any mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim in your place of residence that applicable law provides remain unaffected. We do not require mandatory arbitration or waive access to courts. Please contact us about a dispute so we can try to resolve it.
